This Privacy Policy describes how Daksh B Cyber Security collects, uses and protects information when you browse our website, submit forms or communicate through the built-in live chat panel. Cybersecurity requires certain technical details — however, we collect the absolute minimum required to respond professionally.

1 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information is collected only when voluntarily shared:

• Website / app details
• Inquiry information typed by you
• Files or screenshots (only if uploaded by you)

2 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To deliver cybersecurity services you ordered

We do not use your information for marketing, spam or advertisements.

3 — NO WHATSAPP / NO TELEMARKETING

We do not send promotional WhatsApp messages or random phone calls. Communication happens only via email or live chat.

4 — CREDENTIALS SHARED DURING PROJECT

• Credentials are used strictly for the agreed cybersecurity work
• We never store credentials unnecessarily
• We recommend changing passwords after work completion

5 — STORAGE & SECURITY

• Secure encrypted storage for project-related information
• Internal access limited to the minimum required personnel
• Temporary access credentials are deleted when no longer required

6 — DATA SHARING POLICY

We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers or third-party companies. Data is shared only if legally required by authorities with proper documentation.

7 — TRACKING & ANALYTICS (LIGHTWEIGHT)

• Anonymous visitor statistics
• Pages visited & time spent
• Browser & operating system type

No identity-tracking tools or session-replay tools are used.

8 — DEVICE & LOCATION INFORMATION (LIVE CHAT)

The live chat panel collects technical data to identify fraud and assist in cyber incident handling:

• IP address
• Device type (Desktop / Mobile / Tablet)
• Browser user-agent
• Page URL from where chat was started
• Approximate IP-based location
• GPS location — only if the user explicitly approves browser permission

GPS access is never automatic. The browser asks for permission and the user may allow or deny. We do not track GPS secretly or in the background.

9 — PERMISSIONS ON MOBILE DEVICES

Mobile browser may request access only when required:

• Location → only if user chooses “Allow”
• Storage → only if user clicks “Upload file / image”

We never access contacts, call logs, microphone or gallery automatically.

10 — DATA RETENTION

Information is stored only as long as needed for legal, billing and cybersecurity compliance reasons. After this:

• It may be deleted securely
• or anonymized

11 — CHILD SAFETY

This service is intended for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12 — SECURITY INCIDENT HANDLING

If stored information is ever affected by unauthorized access:

• Affected clients will be notified immediately
• Full transparency will be maintained
• Protective steps & recommendations will be provided
