TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: June 05, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website
dakshb.co.in, and any cybersecurity, ethical hacking, malware cleanup, VAPT, server hardening
or consulting services provided by Daksh B (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website, using the live chat, submitting a service request, or purchasing any cybersecurity
service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not
use this website or our services.
1 — ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL USE
By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- You are requesting services only for systems, websites, apps, servers or cloud infrastructure that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
- You will not request, encourage or attempt any illegal or unethical hacking activity.
- You understand that all services are provided strictly as ethical cybersecurity work, not as “black-hat” hacking or illegal access.
If we believe that a request involves unauthorized access, fraud, criminal activity or any misuse of cybersecurity
knowledge, we may refuse or stop the service immediately and, if necessary, cooperate with law enforcement.
2 — NATURE OF SERVICES
We provide defensive and ethical cybersecurity services, which may include:
- Website Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Malware cleanup, hacked-website recovery and blacklist removal
- Server hardening, optimization, firewall and security configuration
- Cloud security review (e.g., AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean and similar platforms)
- API and web application security checks
- DDoS and brute-force mitigation recommendations
- Security consulting, best-practice guidance and incident response support
We do NOT provide:
- Unauthorized access to accounts, servers, websites or applications
- Hacking of social media, bank accounts, crypto wallets or email accounts
- Revenge hacking, online harassment, spying, stalking or doxxing
- Distribution of malware, ransomware or illegal software
- Dark web operations or any activity violating applicable law
All testing, scanning and remediation are carried out only on the systems that are explicitly permitted and
owned by you or your organization. You are fully responsible for ensuring that such authorization is valid.
3 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide cybersecurity services safely and correctly, you agree to:
- Share accurate and complete information about your system, hosting and environment.
- Provide correct login credentials (admin, hosting, SSH, database, cloud, etc.) only when necessary.
- Ensure that any data or credentials you share are legitimately yours or you are properly authorized to use them.
- Inform us promptly of any changes to access, configuration or project scope.
- Maintain your own backups before and during the project, unless backup setup is part of the agreed work.
If you provide false information, unauthorized access, or omit critical details, you are solely responsible for any
consequences, including legal, technical or financial damages that arise from such actions.
4 — ACCESS CREDENTIALS & SECURITY
During malware cleanup, incident response, VAPT or server work, you may be required to provide temporary access
credentials. By providing such access, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Credentials will be used only to perform the tasks you have agreed to.
- We will not intentionally misuse, disclose or sell your access details.
- Access may be stored temporarily in secure form while the project is active.
- After the project is finished, you are strongly advised to change all credentials.
We follow a least-privilege principle, meaning only the minimum level of access needed to complete the
task is requested and used. However, you must still maintain your own security hygiene, including regular password
rotation and access review.
5 — COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Our primary methods of communication are:
- Email (using the official email address shown on this website)
- On-site live chat or secure communication tools as mutually agreed
We do not run spam campaigns through WhatsApp or random telemarketing calls. You will only receive
messages directly related to your inquiry, service, security alert or ongoing project.
6 — QUOTES, PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing is usually decided after understanding your system, issue severity and expected workload. You agree that:
- Prices are communicated clearly before starting work.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is taken in advance.
- No service or report is delivered until the required payment is received.
- Emergency incident response or complex VAPT may involve additional charges.
Prices may change over time, and updated rates will apply to new projects. Past quotations do not guarantee future pricing.
7 — SERVICE START, TIMELINE & DELAYS
After successful payment and access sharing (where required), the service will:
- Start within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24–48 hours (unless marked urgent).
- Follow a timeline that depends on system complexity, vulnerability count and hosting performance.
- May be delayed if access details are incomplete, hosting is down or responses from your side are slow.
We are not responsible for delays caused by server outages, DNS propagation, domain issues, third-party service failure,
or lack of cooperation/response from your side.
8 — REPORTING & PROOF OF WORK
Depending on the nature of the service, deliverables may include one or more of the following:
- Technical summary of issues identified
- Detailed VAPT report with vulnerabilities and severity levels
- Steps taken to remove malware or restore service
- Security-hardening recommendations and checklists
- Optional re-test confirmation after patches are applied (if included in scope)
The exact form and level of documentation will be communicated during the quotation stage or project discussion.
9 — NO ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE OF SECURITY
Cybersecurity is about risk reduction, not absolute immunity. You understand and agree that:
- No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
- New vulnerabilities, zero-day exploits and emerging threats can appear at any time.
- Even after a clean-up or VAPT, future attacks may still occur if new misconfigurations or insecure updates are introduced.
- Your own behavior, plugin choices, development practices and hosting environment heavily influence security.
We provide professional best-effort services and recommendations. However, we cannot guarantee that your system will
never be compromised in the future.
10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Data loss, downtime or revenue loss occurring before, during or after the service, whether or not backups exist.
- Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, themes, scripts or unmanaged hosting.
- Misuse of reports, tools, or guidance provided during the engagement.
- Client-side configuration changes made against our advice.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind, including business interruption or loss of profit.
Our total liability, if ever established by a competent court, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific
service associated with the claim.
11 — REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because cybersecurity services involve expert time, analysis and often irreversible technical work:
- No refunds are provided once active work has started on your system.
- If payment is made and work has not yet started, a cancellation may be possible at our discretion.
- If the service request is found to be illegal, unauthorized or fraudulent, the project will be terminated without refund.
- Non-cooperation (for example, you stop responding, withdraw access or repeatedly delay) does not qualify for a refund.
Any special refund condition must be clearly agreed in writing before the project begins.
12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
All written reports, analysis, custom scripts and documentation created for your project are intended solely for your
internal use. Unless otherwise stated:
- You may use the report to improve your own security or compliance posture.
- You may share relevant parts with your internal team or service providers for remediation.
- You may not resell, republish or market our reports as your own cybersecurity product.
We may internally anonymize findings (without revealing your identity or system details) for research, knowledge building
or improving future security checks.
13 — PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
When using this website, live chat, contact form or any related service, you agree not to:
- Submit malicious code, spyware, ransomware or any harmful payload.
- Attempt to scan, test or break the security of this website without authorization.
- Request hacking of third-party accounts, systems or services that you do not own.
- Threaten, abuse or harass through chats, email or any communication channel.
- Perform chargeback fraud or payment disputes after successfully receiving service.
Violation of these conditions may result in a permanent ban and, if serious, communication with appropriate authorities.
14 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
Our work may involve or refer to:
- Security plugins, firewalls, scanners or third-party tools
- External documentation, best-practice guides or vendor platforms
- Hosting or DNS provider dashboards
We are not responsible for the terms, uptime, pricing or policies of any external providers or tools.
You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms if you use them alongside our services.
15 — JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
If any dispute arises, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Rajasthan, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16 — AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in law or regulatory guidance
- New service offerings or technical processes
- Improved security practices or risk models
Whenever we update the Terms, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of this website
or our services after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
17 — CONTACT & LEGAL NOTICE
